How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Seenresort Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Seenresort Pest Control
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps us keep the network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Seenresort Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency in Florida that regulates pest control.
How to File
Email contact@seenresort.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
What Happens Next
We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office, your attorney general or your local Better Business Bureau.
