What We Do

Seenresort Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not spray pesticides, treat termites, remove animals or do any other pest work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you meet through us are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its estimates, prices, products, schedule, workmanship, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or control providers. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they reply, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask to see proof of license and insurance. Get the estimate in writing.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate details when you contact us. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get in by unauthorized means.

When you phone or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may reach you about your request. This may be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Just email contact@seenresort.garden.

Ownership of Site Content

The content and design of this site belong to Seenresort Pest Control or those who license it to us. Do not copy or reuse it for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

The law allows us to limit our liability, and we do so as far as it permits. Seenresort Pest Control is not responsible for loss or harm that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or products, or from any deal between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.
